The community members will benefit from improved infrastructure to meet their basic needs and gain better access to communal services. The infrastructure will be managed, built and maintained over time by the communities, who will also form operations and management committees and community savings systems.

The primary objective of solarizing health and education facilities is to provide a reliable, sustainable, and clean energy source, particularly in areas where access to electricity is limited or unreliable. This initiative aims to improve healthcare delivery, enhance educational opportunities, and foster overall community resilience.
Free Medical Camps & Vaccinations
Medical camps are strategically located in areas with limited access to healthcare facilities, ensuring that vulnerable populations, including children and women, receive vital health services. Medical camps in coastal areas Sindh, often in collaboration with vaccination drives, play a crucial role in providing healthcare access to remote and underserved communities, including essential vaccinations.
The free medical camp offers OPD services, medicines, laboratory tests, Hepatitis B and C screening, cholesterol, sugar, uric acid, blood pressure tests, and illness preventive session. These camps offer a range of services, including vaccinations against diseases like polio, measles, and other preventable illnesses, alongside basic medical check-ups and treatments.
School-Based Disaster Risk Management – (SBDRM)
The concept of School-Based Disaster Risk Management (SBDRM), to train teachers and school staff in School Safety Management in Natural Hazards and develop a School-Based Disaster Risk Management Committee. School based disaster risk management covers school safety plan, mock drills, safety tips, environmental club and plantation. Indus Earth Trust also held an awareness program for schoolchildren about the effects of climate change on our everyday and future lives and climate change adaptation.
